All payment
must be made before treatment.

Payments for
multiple cycles must be done at once. If this is not achieve,
additional payments to sum - up for next discounted cycle is not
allowed.

if pregnancy is
achieved 50% of the total balance will be refunded for multiple
cycle only.

if pregnancy is
not achieve, treatment continues based on the number of cycles paid
for.

All payments do
not include cost of medications, however, cost of medications per
cycle ranges between #150,000.00 to #250,000.00 for IVF/ICSI and

150,000.00 to
#400,000.00 for IUI cycles. This depends on choice of medications
and patient's age.

All bills however,
are not discountable.
